We proudly ship worldwide! However, please note that we currently cannot ship to Asia and select remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • CBD Edibles & Drinks: CBD Chocolates, CBD Coffee, CBD Drinks, CBD Gummies, CBD Tea
  • Personal Care Items: CBD Suppositories
  • Hygiene Products: CBD Skincare, CBD Soap, CBD Bath Bomb (if opened)
  • Any product with broken seals or evidence of use

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Step 2: Prepare Your Return Package

  • Include the original product in unused condition
  • Place all items in their original packaging
  • Include the original packing slip or order confirmation

International Returns
